Colle Uncinano began operations in 2005, grounded in three decades of land stewardship in Spoleto. The producer focuses on Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG, the demanding Umbrian red that demands 37 months of aging minimum. Both the structured rosso and the concentrated passito showcase the Sagrantino grape's potential in this five-municipality zone. Visitors can experience the estate's commitment to quality through tastings that reveal how careful viticulture translates into wine of genuine character and depth.
