Collemattoni crowns the southern slope of Montalcino, where 11 hectares of Sangiovese vines face southeast and southwest across the Val d'Orcia. The estate's 700-square-meter cellar balances modern technology with deliberate tradition, interpreting terroir through its signature varietals while maintaining strict protocols: Brunello di Montalcino ages a mandatory 48 months before release. Each bottling emerges as the producer's personal reading of this hilltop geography, from austere Brunello DOCG to Toscano IGT blends spanning white, rosé, and red.
