Colliforti crafts Montecucco Sangiovese DOCG in Cinigiano, at the heart of Grosseto's seven-municipality zone. The producer works with Sangiovese and complementary Tuscan red varieties to create wines of mineral precision and structure. Seventeen months of aging develop the complexity that defines the denomination—a methodical approach that respects both grape and terroir. Each vintage reflects the volcanic soils and continental climate that distinguish this southern Tuscany enclave.
