Colsaliz

Colsaliz produces Prosecco in Conegliano Valdobbiadene, the northeastern DOCG spanning fifteen municipalities where Glera thrives on rolling terrain. The winery works across the full expression of the denomination—still white wines, frizzante, and spumante—each reaching the required 10.5% alcohol minimum. Colsaliz's portfolio also draws on four heritage grape varieties: Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga, which add textural layers to its core releases and define a distinct approach within the zone.
