This cooperative channels production across 98 municipalities toward excellence: extra virgin oils meeting the stringent 0.5% acidity threshold, their golden-yellow body deepening toward green, with fruity aromatics that anchor each bottle to Sicily's terroir. The Consortium operates as both custodian and catalyst for a regional supply chain committed to quality and traceability.
