Fabrizio Fabiani's winery in Clavesana traces its roots to the early 1700s, when an ancestor acquired the first property and set the family on a path of steady land consolidation. Today, Conzia operates across 13 hectares of vineyard, with recent replanting initiatives expanding Nebbiolo and Pinot Nero parcels. The estate commands four distinct DOCG designations: Dogliani and Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba from Dolcetto grapes, alongside Barbaresco and Barolo from Nebbiolo, the latter requiring 38 months minimum oak aging.
