Founded in 1972 in Montespertoli, Cooperativa Cantina Colli Fiorentini Valvirginio emerged from the vision of 23 founding members committed to elevating local grapes. Situated in the Virginio Valley, the cooperative produces Toscano IGT wines—Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, and Canaiolo Nero in white, red, and rosé expressions—through artisanal techniques that emphasize territorial character. Over five decades of collaborative winemaking have established this cantina as a community-rooted producer where direct sales ensure both quality and accessibility to Tuscan wine culture.
