Cooperativa Cantina Sociale V.I.C.A.S.

V.I.C.A.S. traces its roots to 1964, when growers across the Arno and Sieve valleys united to establish a cooperative. The winery itself took shape in the 1970s at Pontassieve, expanding its reach across ten municipalities from Rufina to Mugello's Vicchio. Today the cooperative vinifies Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, and Canaiolo Nero into Toscano IGT wines spanning whites, rosés, and reds, each anchored by minimum 11% alcohol and grounded in the Valdisieve's terroir.
