COPAM is a cooperative of growers based in Corigliano-Rossano, Cosenza, dedicated to Clementine di Calabria IGP production across one of southern Italy's most extensive citrus zones. The organization manages fruit from a sprawling 404-municipality designation area, cultivating both seeded and seedless apireno varieties. Through collective operations, COPAM channels the region's Mediterranean microclimates and volcanic soils into protected-origin clementines, anchoring agricultural heritage in the Calabrian economy and maintaining standards across hundreds of small holdings.
