Cordero Gabriele operates in Priocca, at the heart of Roero DOCG in Piedmont's Cuneo province. The producer works with the zone's signature grapes—Nebbiolo for structured reds, Arneis for crisp whites and sparkling wines—drawing from one of northern Italy's most dynamic terroirs. Twenty months of aging minimum ensures depth and complexity across their red, white, and spumante expressions, each reaching at least 12.5% alcohol.
