At Crosio Angelo in Stradella, Oltrepò Pavese's volcanic soils and continental climate converge to shape world-class sparkling wines. The winery draws from four designated municipalities—Canneto Pavese, Castana, Montescano, and Stradella—bottling metodo classico spumante from Pinot nero, Chardonnay, and white Pinot varieties. Minimal synthetic inputs under rural development protocols preserve grape integrity. Fermentation and aging occur in-house on Via Elvezio Zavatarelli, where 15 months of maturation builds complexity before release.
