His Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG captures the rare, spicy character of the Ruchè grape across the zone's seven municipalities. Alongside, he crafts Terre Alfieri DOCG—spanning eleven communes—in both white Arneis and Nebbiolo expressions, plus Barbera d'Asti DOCG across the region's vast 165-municipality production area, each aged to regulation standards.
