Dal Cero operates from Roncà in Verona's Classico zone, where three generations of the family have overseen winemaking from vineyard to bottle. Built on founder Augusto Dal Cero's philosophy of territorial respect, the estate has evolved to express the distinct character of delle Venezie through its signature whites: Pinot Grigio, Garganega, and Tocai friulano.
