Francesca De Angelis tends her olive groves in Cantalupo in Sabina, where three municipalities converge to define the protected zone of Sabina DOP. Her extra virgin oil emerges with the varietal signature of the region: a yellowy-green hue shot through with gold, the chromatic echo of Lazio's limestone soils and cool hilltop winds. The producer welcomes visitors and tasters year-round, offering direct encounter with the orchard and pressing house that shape each vintage.
