De Riz traces its roots to a modest plot and renovated barn acquired in the mid-20th century, now stewarded by Luca, who took over operations fresh from enological training at the prestigious G.B. Cerletti school in Conegliano. The estate produces Prosecco Superiore across three styles—white, frizzante, and spumante—from heritage Glera alongside Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga. Visitors can explore the winery and taste directly from the source.
