Dea Rivalta operates within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, where 15 municipalities define one of Italy's most distinctive sparkling terroirs. The producer works with the zone's classic varieties—Glera as the dominant base, supplemented by Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga—to craft bianco, frizzante, and spumante expressions. Each cuvée carries the mineral and aromatic signature of the Treviso hills, where precise ripeness and controlled fermentation yield the lively acidity that anchors Prosecco's character.
