At 30 hectares in Cannara, Di Filippo works land on sun-exposed hillsides between Torgiano and Montefalco, overlooking Assisi. This philosophy shapes every Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG they produce—both the structured rosso and the concentrated passito, each aged at least 37 months.
