Di Memmo Gabriele spans 18 hectares in Moscufo's Pescara hills, where olives, cereals, fruit and vegetables grow on family land since 1975. The estate produces Aprutino Pescarese DOP extra virgin oil with herbaceous notes and a green-to-yellow hue, alongside grain flours milled on stone equipment. Every preserve and conserve emerges from the laboratory without synthetic additives—dairy products and pantry staples built on forage-fed herds from neighbouring farms.
