Due del Monte

Two friends traversing Friuli's undulating terrain discovered Monte Quarin, a hillside rising toward the Adriatic where vines have thrived since ancient times. Their venture into winemaking began through regional collaborations before culminating in their own winery. Due del Monte now practices sustainable viticulture, eschewing synthetic fertilizers, fungicides and herbicides across their vineyard. The estate produces Collio Goriziano DOC whites and reds from Chardonnay, Pinot grigio, Sauvignon, Friulano and aromatic varieties, each expression reflecting the site's distinctive terroir and thermal range.
