Edoardo Olivetti

Edoardo Olivetti operates from Cisterna d'Asti in the rolling hills of Roero, a 19-municipality DOCG zone where Nebbiolo defines the red wines and Arneis defines the whites and spumanti. His production respects the rigorous aging protocols of the appellation: reds minimum 20 months in barrel or bottle, whites and sparkling wines that capture the Piedmont terroir's mineral precision. Each bottling reflects the technical demands of a protected designation, where every varietal choice and production step is regulated to preserve authenticity.
