Elio Grasso, rooted in Monforte d'Alba, cultivates 18 hectares of vineyard amid a 42-hectare estate where woodland and pasture sustain the vines. The winery bottles four DOCG denominations: Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba, Dogliani, Barbaresco, and Barolo—the latter demanding 38 months aging before release. The family approach prioritizes viticulture over brand-building, drawing strength from Langa's agrarian values and the land's continuity across generations.
