Eliso

Eliso operates in Latisana, in the Udine province of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where the Friuli DOC defines production across 156 municipalities. The winery focuses on the region's signature white varieties—Friulano, Chardonnay, Pinot grigio, Riesling, and Sauvignon among them—alongside Malvasia istriana, Ribolla gialla, and Traminer aromatico. Eliso crafts still wines, reds, and spumante, each reaching the minimum 10.0% alcohol threshold set by the appellation, interpreting the distinctive terroir of northeastern Italy's premier wine zone.
