Aglianico del Taburno DOCG
Enodelta traces its story to 1937, when Cav. Antonio Caputo established Campania's first winery with a tufa-stone grotto for temperature-controlled fermentation. Today, rooted across Naples and Avellino provinces, the producer harnesses Aglianico and native black grapes for its Aglianico del Taburno DOCG—a 13-municipality denomination requiring 24 months of aging and minimum 12% alcohol. From the cool volcanic cellars of its past to modern bottling lines in Acerra, Enodelta channels five generations into every rosso and rosato.
