EOLIA (Azienda Agricola Casa Salina)

EOLIA grows from a 2020 venture that has expanded its vineyard from 2 to 7 hectares across 15 parcels in Leni, Salina. Founded by Natascia and Luca—a Florentine and Aeolian pair who met through fine-dining circles—the estate channels island terroir into Malvasia delle Lipari DOC and Salina IGT wines. Whites, reds, and rosati capture volcanic minerality and Mediterranean light. Open to visitors and tastings, EOLIA frames winemaking as an act of deliberate ambition on an island where viticulture meets freedom.
