Across the volcanic soils of the Castelli Romani, they work with regional classics—Cesanese, Montepulciano, Sangiovese—alongside bolder cépages like Syrah and Cabernet. Their reds marry spice and structure; their whites, from Malvasia to Grechetto blends, capture the territory's mineral precision and grip.
