Erminio Campa Viticoltore

Erminio Campa Viticoltore works 20 hectares of Primitivo vines across the Salento heartland, three kilometres from the Ionian coast. The winery in Torricella follows three generations of technique refined by his grandfather Francesco and father Angelo, cultivating vineyards on red earth and clay soils in the designated Primitivo di Manduria zone. Sun exposure and ventilated climate drive ripe fruit; Campa produces exclusively Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale, the sweet natural expression reaching 16% alcohol, structured to complement cellar visits and tastings available to guests.
