Eubea produces Aglianico del Vulture Superiore DOCG in Ripacandida, where the volcanic soils of the Basilicata region shape wines of mineral precision and power. The winery's reds, crafted from indigenous Aglianico grapes, age for a minimum of 36 months to develop their characteristic depth and structure. At least 13.5% alcohol underpins wines built for contemplation and the table.
