Falasca Vincenzo works the olive groves of Scafa, in Pescara's rolling hills, where the conditions that define Aprutino Pescarese DOP converge. The producer crafts extra virgin oils that capture this terroir: bottles that shift from green to golden, their palate marked by herbaceous notes and a restrained fruitiness.
