Fanti's 200-hectare estate in Castelnuovo dell'Abate has been family-held since the early 1800s, anchoring a diversified agricultural vision. Of these lands, 50 hectares support Sangiovese vines destined for Brunello di Montalcino DOCG—wines that demand 48 months of aging to reach their depth. A 2004 cantina modernizes production while olive groves with 8,000 trees and woodland preserve the property's ecological balance.
