Fattoria Alois operates across 9 hectares on the Caiatini foothills near Pontelatone, where Michele Alois oversees production of Falerno del Massico, Galluccio, Aversa, and Roccamonfina wines. The estate centers on Aglianico and Piedirosso for reds, and Asprinio for whites—each compliant with DOC minimums of 10.5–12.0% alcohol. Visitors and tasting groups access the working vineyard, historic Bourbon-era cellars, and production facilities. Alois revived the indigenous Casavecchia variety through three decades of grafting trials, now cultivating elevated parcels at 350 meters across the plateau's natural amphitheater.
