FATTORIA COLSANTO

The Livon family has stewarded Fattoria ColSanto since 2001, cultivating 20 hectares of Sagrantino vines across the rolling hillsides of Bevagna. Their Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG—aged a minimum of 37 months—emerges from grapes planted at 7,500 per hectare, surrounding an eighteenth-century stone farmhouse that anchors the estate. Visitors encounter the winery's barrel rooms and participate in vineyard-to-table tours through olive groves and century-old cellars, with five guest rooms available for extended stays in this Umbrian heartland.
