Fattoria di Pancole sits at 350 metres above sea level on the slopes of San Gimignano, with roots reaching back to the 15th century. The original rural structures remain visible in the estate's central courtyard, now surrounded by 63 hectares of certified organic vineyards and olive groves. Since the 1990s restoration, the farm has opened its doors to visitors and tastings, offering direct encounters with Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG—a crisp white wine of over 11.5% alcohol that defines the region's mineral terroir.
