Fattoria la Quercia has worked the Petriolo valley since 1935, grafting experience onto Chianti Classico tradition. Today the estate marries heritage with innovation: Sangiovese-based reds aged to elegance, paired with carefully cultivated companion grapes across the Greve terroir. In 2019, they introduced Rinascita—an IGT that strips away formula, letting spice and violet notes speak through robust tannins and structure. A winery that honours what came before by knowing when to step forward.
