Fattoria Le Bonille

Fattoria Le Bonille began in 2011 as a search for refuge—a stone farmhouse ringed by silent vineyards, olive groves, and forest in Greve in Chianti. What started as an oil project became something deeper when the owners bottled their first imperfect vintage. That gesture sparked a journey of deliberate restoration: abandoned rows replanted, the land worked with intent. By 2016, the acquisition of Tenuta di Montefioralle expanded the vision. Today, Sangiovese and other red varieties from this Chianti Classico terrain yield wines that embody a hard-won trajectory from refuge to craft.
