Romagna Albana DOCG

Fattoria Paradiso in Bertinoro has stewarded Romagna's vineyards since 1853, commanding 70 hectares across the region's slopes. The Pezzi family rescued extinct indigenous varieties—Pagadebit and Cagnina among them—while pioneering the first single-varietal Sangiovese reserve here, Vigna delle Lepri. Their restored 15th-century castle hosts the Romagna Albana DOCG designation, producing dry and passito whites that capture the microclimate between the Apennines and Adriatic. A living archive of regional viticulture.
