Felli Bruno

Felli Bruno operates in Aielli, at the heart of L'Aquila province in Abruzzo, where the Fucino plateau's reclaimed lakebed soil creates ideal conditions for cultivating Patata del Fucino IGP. The producer specializes in this protected potato variety, prized for its firm flesh and regular tuber shape that resists skin separation—qualities essential to the IGP standard. Working within the nine municipalities of the designated zone, Felli Bruno draws on the volcanic terroir that once lay beneath the drained lake, now transformed into some of Italy's most productive agricultural land.
