Feudo Cavaliere

Feudo Cavaliere operates on the southern flank of Etna in Santa Maria di Licodia, where vineyards descend between 900 and 1,000 metres across black volcanic terraces. The estate, in the Platania D'Antoni family since 1880 and currently undergoing estate-wide restoration, cultivates Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Mantellato alongside white varieties suited to Sicily's terrain. Vines trained on traditional alberello and cordone speronato methods anchor themselves in sandy volcanic soil. Without synthetic inputs, the producer pursues quality through precise agronomic work and environmental respect, yielding wines that reflect the raw character of high-altitude Etna.
