FILAB SRL

In 1998, a group of farmers and entrepreneurs established FILAB in the Paestum plain, Campania, to strengthen buffalo dairy production from its foundations. The name itself—Filiera Latte Bufalino (Buffalo Milk Chain)—signals the company's mission: advancing the entire supply chain. After a 2015 acquisition by the Consalvo-Valvano family, FILAB evolved into a direct producer of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, controlling each stage of making this pulled-curd cheese from fresh buffalo milk. The 2025 shift to Società Agricola status reinforces their commitment to consolidating agricultural roots across the 19-municipality protected zone.
