Fondazione Sistema Olignan Onlus

Fondazione Sistema Ollignan Onlus operates from Quart at 700 metres altitude, where since 2001 a regional agricultural centre has blended social inclusion with wine production under Valle d'Aosta DOC. Born from collaboration between the regional government, a farming institute, and a disability advocacy association, the foundation provides occupational and educational opportunities for workers with disabilities across three hectares. Its white, red, and rosé wines meet minimum 9.5% alcohol standards, embodying the Aosta Valley's Alpine viticultural rigour.
