Fontana Candida, based in Monte Porzio Catone near Rome, manages 210 hectares of vineyard across the Frascati and Cannellino denominations. The estate's director, an enologist trained at San Michele all'Adige, oversees meticulous selection during vinification—each vintage expressing the mineral and floral identity of Rome's volcanic hills.
