Franca Contea

In the 1960s, the Cavalleri family transformed cornfields into vineyards across Adro, beginning their quest to capture a year's labor in every glass of Franciacorta. Today, Franca Contea employs a vacuum press system—rare in the zone—that preserves the aromatic intensity and delicate flavors of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Bianco during harvest. Minimal chemical intervention guides each production choice, allowing fruit freshness to speak from bottle to palate across their spumante and rosato expressions.
