Francesco Rosso

In the heart of Santo Stefano Roero, Francesco Rosso operates a compact family winery where every decision—from grape to bottle—passes through the hands of him and his wife. Production stands at around 15,000 bottles annually, all from their own vineyards, following a philosophy of making wines that merit respect first, sales second. Roero Nebbiolo and Arneis emerge from a process where producer and consumer align: the couple tastes what they make, ensuring quality over volume while the wines age to minimum requirements.
