Franco Pacenti

Franco Pacenti steers a three-generation family operation on the north-east slopes of Montalcino, in the historic Canalicchio zone. Ten hectares of clay-rich terrain at 300 metres elevation yield exclusively Sangiovese, aged 48 months minimum into Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. Lorenzo, Lisa and Serena now lead the winery founded by their grandfather Rosildo in the 1960s, channelling sustainable viticulture into wines of singular character and territorial fidelity. Tastings reveal how terroir shapes each vintage's expression.
