Frank Cornelissen

Frank Cornelissen arrived in Castiglione di Sicilia in 2001, when Mount Etna's volcanic slopes remained largely overlooked by the wine world. His winery operates on a philosophy of radical restraint: no treatments imposed on the land, only observation of nature's cycles and cosmic patterns. This austere approach shapes Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Mantellato grown on Etna's northern valley—terrain now recognized for single-vineyard expression. Visitors taste the result of patience and non-intervention across Etna DOC reds and whites.
