In the Monti Iblei hills of south-eastern Sicily, Frantoio Oleario Ruta di Cannata Anna Valeria continues a multi-generational enterprise rooted in Don Ciccio's vision of land and labour. The mill operates a two-phase continuous-cycle system with Pieralisi equipment, preserving exceptional polyphenol and peroxide levels through cold extraction. The estate produces five blends—including a DOP and organic oil—and five single-varietal expressions from the Moresca and other regional cultivars.
