Frantoio Ulivi di Liguria has tended Taggiasca groves since 1930 in Pietrabruna, a Ligurian hillside village devoted to olives for centuries. Four generations now harvest fruit from the terraced slopes overlooking the Tyrrhenian coast, pressing and bottling their Riviera Ligure DOP with precision machinery and modern techniques. The mill's signature olive oil carries the sweet, fruity character that defines this 186-municipality protected zone. Visits and tastings welcome guests to taste how maritime winds and limestone soils shape each pressing.
