Fratelli Collavo

Fratelli Collavo continues a family venture begun by patriarch Cesare in the 1960s, now stewarded by three brothers across ten hectares in Valdobbiadene. Their vineyard parcels yield Glera, Bianchetta Trevigiana, and Perera grapes tended under organic methods—fruit sources entirely their own. The estate releases Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene in frizzante and spumante styles, each bottling carrying the marks of hillside terroir and generational commitment.
