Their groves supply lemons certified as Limone di Siracusa IGP—the varietal harvested in three seasonal cycles: Primofiore from spring, Bianchetto through summer, and Verdello into autumn. Each cycle brings distinct juice content and aromatic character, anchoring the producer to the terroir of ten municipalities across Syracuse province.
