Fuligni
Montalcino · Province of Siena · Toscana
Toscano IGT
Fuligni farms roughly 100 hectares across Montalcino's northeastern slopes, where classical Brunello production took root. Fourteen vineyard hectares occupy the I Cottimelli district at 380–450 metres, planted on tufa and clay soils with vines averaging fifteen years old. Ancient sangiovese blocks exceed forty years, preserving low-density clones that define the estate's character. Here, Toscano IGT Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, and Canaiolo Nero ripen under the distinct microclimate of this heritage zone.
