Since 1965, Gaglione Simone has expanded from a modest family vineyard into a multi-generational producer of Asti DOCG. Located in Ricaldone, the estate works with Moscato bianco and complementary aromatic white grapes across Piemonte's 51-municipality zone. They craft spumante, méthode classique sparkling wine, and still whites—each requiring minimum 11.5% alcohol and one month aging. Visitors arrive for guided tastings where their wines pair with local cured meats and artisanal cheeses, revealing the estate's philosophy rooted in territorial respect.
